Douglas Associates is pleased to announce the sale of our IT Services division to the Business Resource Center of Michigan. This sale will allow us to focus on our core competancy of software design and development.
One of our primary considerations in making this sale was ensuring uninterrupted service to our customers. All of our IT Services support staff have become employees of BRC Michigan, and the server farm used to provide monitoring services will be moved to their facilities in the next few weeks.
For those customers who have prepaid hours or who subscribe to our ProCare Services package, this transition will be completely seamless. All of the service commitments will be honored by BRC Michigan.
The Business Resource Center of Michigan was organized by founder Tim Shivley to provide a wide variety of services to businesses throughout the southwest Michigan area.
